Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C).
Ingredients should be at room temperature.
For 20–24 cupcakes:
• 500 g mix
• 250 g butter
• 5 eggs (250 g)
Mix for 4 minutes on low speed until smooth.
Fill cupcake liners halfway.
Bake for 18–20 minutes.
Mini cupcakes:
• 40–48 pieces
• 12–15 minutes
Cake (25 cm):
• 150–160°C (fan oven)
• 60–70 minutes
