Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C (fan oven 160°C).
Ingredients should be at room temperature.
• Mix, eggs, and water in a bowl
• Mix 7–8 minutes on high speed
• Then 2–3 minutes on low speed
• Pour into a greased baking pan (fill 1/2–2/3)
• Do not open the oven during baking
• Cake is ready when it feels springy
• Remove and cool on a rack
