Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven 160°C).
Use ingredients at room temperature.

• Place the mix, eggs, and water in a bowl
• Mix for 7–8 minutes on high speed
• Then mix for 2–3 minutes on low speed
• Pour the batter into a greased baking tin (fill 1/2–2/3 full)
• Do not open the oven during baking
• The cake is ready when it feels springy to the touch
• Remove from the tin immediately and let cool on a wire rack
