Preparation
Use ingredients at room temperature.
For 1 portion:
• 125 g mix
• 125 ml water
Mix and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
Whip 150 g unsalted butter for approx. 5 minutes until creamy.
Add the mixture gradually and mix well.
Mix for approx. 10 minutes until smooth.

Store in a cool and dry place.
