It is much lighter than traditional creams but still firm enough to create high, stable swirls that hold their shape.
Ready within minutes: simply add water and/or milk, mix, and the cream is ready to use.
The vanilla flavor provides a perfect base and can easily be customized with flavor pastes, fruit juices, zest, liqueurs, or spices.

Preparation
For 1 portion:
• 150 g mix
• 100 ml milk
• 100 ml water
Mix for 3 minutes on high speed.
Add flavoring if desired.
Alternative:
• Only milk (200 ml) → creamier
• Only water (200 ml) → lighter
Ready for immediate use.
Can be stored refrigerated for several days (stir before reuse).
1 portion is sufficient for:
• filling 2 layers + covering a Ø25 cm cake
or
• 24–30 cupcakes
