FunCakes Enchanted Cream® is an extremely light and fluffy snow-white cream, perfect for filling and covering cakes or topping cupcakes.

It is much lighter than traditional creams but still firm enough to create stable, high swirls that hold their shape.

Ready within minutes: just add water and/or milk, mix, and the cream is ready to use.

The vanilla flavor makes it an ideal base that can easily be customized with flavor pastes, fruit juices, zest, liqueurs, or spices.

Preparation

For 1 portion:

• 150 g mix
• 100 ml milk
• 100 ml water

Mix for 3 minutes on high speed.
Add flavor if desired.

Alternative:

• Milk only (200 ml) → creamier
• Water only (200 ml) → lighter

The cream can be used immediately.
Prepared cream can be stored in the fridge for several days (re-mix before use).

1 portion is sufficient for:
• filling and covering a Ø25 cm cake
or
• 24–30 cupcakes
