Preparation

• All ingredients should be at room temperature

For one portion:
• Mix 125 g mix with 125 ml water
• Whisk and let set for at least 1 hour
• Beat 150 g unsalted butter for approx. 5 minutes
• Gradually add the mixture to the butter
• Mix for about 10 minutes until smooth

One portion is sufficient for:
• 1 cake of approx. 20 cm
• or about 12 cupcakes
